IT Support

The IT Support team for the Department of Environmental Science & Policy is dedicated to assisting faculty, staff, and students with a variety of technology needs. Our team provide services including:

  • Desktop Support: Comprehensive assistance for desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Systems Administration: Management and maintenance of departmental servers and network infrastructure.
  • Access Management: Ensuring secure and appropriate access to departmental and university resources.
  • Asset Management: Tracking and managing IT assets to optimize resource utilization.
  • Software Licensing & Purchasing: Coordinating software licenses and purchasing technology equipment.
  • Instructional Support: Providing technology solutions and support for teaching and learning activities.
  • Security Incident Response: Addressing and mitigating security incidents to protect departmental data and systems.
  • Risk Assessment: Evaluating and managing risks to ensure the security and integrity of our IT environment.
  • Research IT Support: Offering specialized IT services and consulting to support research activities and projects.
