Frances C. Moore Featured on CBS News Discussing the Social Cost of Carbon

Associate Professor, Frances Moore, was recently featured on CBS Eye on America to discuss how the wildfires in Southern California has impacted to costs related to insurance.  Moore describes the social cost of carbon as a figure that policymakers use to analyze and inform economic policies around climate change.  This figure has been estimated as too low according to a study led by Moore.
